Delivery & Returns

Delivery

 All orders are shipped next day after receiving payments. Always free shipping for orders over £100. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

 

Return

We will accept exchanges and returns of non consumed meals within 30 minutes of the time of delivery, on presentation of the original receipt and clear justification for return.

Your refund will be added to your wallet or if card transaction refunded wanted, usually would be processed within 3-7 working days. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 3-7 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
